Dear_mommies, You need not feel that being fit is important but not by putting yourself in danger by doing crash diets and exercises to another level. Especially for new moms, you need to take a good diet for at least 6 months which is very important for you and your baby. After that, you can work on your body but that too in a moderate manner. I saw some of my friends who are way too much into losing weight and they claim to be slim and smart. But inside they have no energy.
It’s important for u being a mom that you need the energy to raise your kids. It's a full-time tiring job, and without a good diet, you cant handle yourself. Emphasis on fat loss, not weight loss. Your muscles should be strong enough to handle all your chores. That too you have to do it in a healthy manner. 10 days of 10 kg weight loss is not reward-worthy. You need to put effort into losing your unnecessary fat and bulges. Have a healthy diet avoid junk and maintain a timetable for your meals that change of lifestyle will definitely help you out in staying fit.
Focus on ⬇️ Lots of water Seasonal fruits Dry fruits Protein diet And don't miss healthy fat( fat that is healthy like desi ghee, and mustard oil is very important to maintain lubrication in your joints) Don't miss oil Don't avoid healthy carbs( that maintain good bowel health) Try this lifestyle change. That would definitely help in staying fit not slim. ✌?
