Privacy policy guidelines for Brands and Partners

•Client/partner shall be wholly and solely responsible for products and services, you advertise to our Users on the Platform
•As a Brand/partner, You shall not attempt to interfere with any other services rendered on the Platforms or any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Platforms, overloading, flooding,and spamming, mail bombing or crashing.

You hereby agree and confirm to be bound by following data usage restrictions:

i.Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
ii.Transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice.
iii.Gaining unauthorized access to other network systems.
iv.Interfering with any other User’s or enjoyment of the Platforms.
v.Breaching any applicable laws.
vi.Interfering or disrupting networks or websites connected to the Platforms.
vii.Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without our permission.
viii.In addition, you agree to protect the confidential information with such degree of care applicable to your own information and you further agree not to in any way to disclose, copy, reproduce, modify, use, or otherwise transfer the confidential information to any other person, group of persons or entity (whether incorporated or not) without obtaining our prior express written consent. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Proparent Solutions Private Ltd. and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Mumbai. The High Court of judicature at Delhi alone shall have jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Service

Parentune.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement, we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via email at the address provided by you while registering on Parentune.com. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Parentune.com. You should regularly review the User Agreement on Parentune.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.

Parentune has a transparent Advocacy policy. Any sponsored, partnered or supported initiative, content or asset on parentune shall be called out, and marked accordingly in sync with the parentune's guidelines.
