Do you fret and fume when your kids comes home with an un touched tiffin or lunch and then later blame yourself for not giving your child variety and tasty stuff? Yes, it is true – a child would love to have some variety in his tiffin. So here are some ideas for lunch recipes for your toddlers that would tempt your little one to taste.

Method of Prep]aration:
In a pan, add some oil and then add chopped tomatoes.
Cook till it turns thick, somewhat like a puree.
Now add bell pepper, carrot, black pepper, salt and oregano.Add boiled corn and cook for 2 mins.
Remove from heat.
Now take 2 slices of bread and slice them into 2 triangular pieces. Place the filling on top of a triangular piece and sprinkle paneer on top.
Place it in a pan and let the bread turn brown and crispy from below.

Method of Preparation:
Wash all the veggies, chop and place aside.
Beat an egg, add black pepper and salt and make a simpleomelette.
Now for the spread: Mix together all the above mentioned ingredients.
Now take a whole wheat roti,place the omeletteon it and then the spread – level the spread out evenly over the egg.
Add all the chopped veggies on one side of this loaded roti and start rolling – that’s it, your hung curd vegetable roll is ready.

Start by draining all the water from the soaked dal and then grind the moong dal and corn kernels together.
Now mix in all the remaining ingredients with the moong dal and corn mixture.
Make small tikkis and fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Pack in some green chutney too.
