1. SKINCARE - small kids are much more delicate than adults. It’s more prone to getting dried up faster and chapped lips are so common. Keep their body well moisturised using a deeply nourishing body butter or lotion. You can apply it 2-3 times a day depending on the requirement.

    2. WARM CLOTHES - ✅Make them wear layers- The cold air in the morning and evening in winter is harmful to babies and children. To avoid this, keep the kids warm in woollen clothes. ✅Winter protection requires caps, mufflers, sweaters, jackets, warm innerwear, mitts, socks, etc. ✅Cover your baby's head, legs, arms, palms, face, and ears with essential winter babywear. Please ensure that you do not over-layer them. ✅Always ensure that the first layer should always a cotton cloth, do not make them wear sweaters directly. They may get rashes.

    7. NUTRITIONAL FOOD- Continue breastfeeding to strengthen their immune system. ✅Give a balanced diet, do add in food rich in vitamins C and A to boost their immunity.

    8. WARM THEIR ROOM - you may use a humidifier to do that.

    9. VACCINATION- ensure to get them all scheduled age appropriate vaccines to keep them safe from viruses and bacteria.
