“I Am Craving To Have A Daughter This Time”: Says Former Actress

Former actress Sana Khan is carrying her second child. She and her husband Anas Syed welcomed their first baby, Saiyad Tariq Jamil in July 2023. Sana surprised her fans with the news of her second pregnancy with a special social media post, a few days back, captioned, “Alhamdullilah. “Ya Allah, grant me from Your own (power) a goodly progeny. Verily, You are the One who listens to the prayer.” “Oh, my Allah give us from our spouses and our children comfort of eyes and make us heads of the God-fearing.

Only Allah has the power to grant such a gift and reaffirm his responsiveness to sincere prayers. Bless us with a family that is not only abundant in number but also in virtue. May Allah accept our prayers and make it easy on all of us”

Sana, who is in her third trimester, shared a special Vlog, in which she reflected upon the memories she has with her firstborn and how eagerly she is waiting for her second child. She revealed that she could not share much about her first pregnancy as the experience was completely new and she developed severe swelling and nausea. However, this time, she wants to speak about it.

Sana shared  “like expecting mothers crave for certain foods during pregnancy, I am craving to have a daughter this time”. However, her first priority is the health and well-being of her little one.  She mentioned that she would love to have more children if her body supports it. She also highlighted the struggles of pregnancy and parenthood, “I hope no one goes through postpartum depression. It’s difficult because life changes so much. I remember falling asleep while feeding my baby and feeling lonely at times. But things do get easier” she emphasised.
