No Playrooms Or Privilege ...
Alia Bhatt is a name that needs no introduction. What many people don't know is that Alia Bhatt's career didn’t begin with ‘Student Of The Year’ but, it was actually in 1999 when she made a cameo appearance in the movie ‘Sangharsh’, which was produced by her dad Mahesh Bhatt and uncle Mukesh Bhatt. While we all know her as a career-driven superstar and a wonderful mom, there is one more side that is less known – Alia Bhatt’s childhood. Read to know what it was like growing up for Alia Bhatt.
Mom Soni Razdan once revealed that Alia’s childhood was far from luxuries, rather it was very humble. Alia spent her childhood in a modest 1 BHK apartment with her parents and sister Shaheen.
The income was quite low and as such they could not afford the luxuries they have now. But, Alia never complained about the situation. She did not even have a playroom and was raised in a very simple way.
“Back then we lived in a small one-bedroom flat. We didn’t have a lot of money, we were young, and we were struggling to make it. But the children were brought up with a lot of love. We didn’t have smartphones—heck, Alia didn’t even have a playroom. But then, life was simpler.” shared Soni Razdaan
She has also emphasized that she is grateful for how Raha is being raised, with all the privileges. “Every parent hopes to raise their child well, wants their child to be a better version of them. Today, Raha has a lot more. Alia’s position allows to give her the very best—the best childcare, the best nurses, and the best toys. Alia knows her privilege and is grateful for it.”
