What is RTE?

If you are residing in Madhya Pradesh and would like your child to get admission into school under the RTE, then keep reading! Under the Right of Children for Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, a minimum of 25% of the seats in schools is reserved for students for free education. The idea is to make education accessible and available to all children irrespective of their parent’s income, caste, class, occupation or any kind of disability. Different states have their own RTE admission procedures.
