Recipe: Ragi Halwa (6 months - 12 months)

Ragi is a super food for your little one as it provides iron and calcium, both of which are important for your little one. Ragi also contains vitamin C, which makes it easier to absorb iron. The dietary fibre in it helps prevent constipation and alleviate any digestive issues in babies. Another reason why you should try this recipe is because ragi is gluten-free. The recipe can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To increase the nutritional value and add more colours and textures, you can try adding diced fruits.
