Grated Sweet Potato | 1 Cup |
Milk | 2 Cup |

Cardamom Powder (Elaichi) | 2-3 |

Milk | 2 Cup |
Sugar | 2-3 |

Crispy Aalo | |
Ingredients | Quantity |
Potatoes, Peeled | 2 |
Red Chilli Powder | 1 Tsp |
Roasted Cumin Powder | 1 Tsp |
Salt | As per Taste |
Oil for frying | As per Taste |
1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Parboil the potatoes in pressure cooker.
2. Take one whistle in pressure cooker. Once potatoes become warm. Dice them in cubes.
3. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry or shallow fry the diced potatoes till crispy and golden. Remove them on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil from it.
4. Sprinkle red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt immediately after removing on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
Enjoy it.
Note: Use rock salt or sendha namak instead of regular salt while fasting
