How I keep my home safe and germ-free for my children

As a mom to two hyperactive kids, a 4-year-old and a year old, I'm always protective of them at home. I have to be active throughout the day as each day passes with new experiences and brings up something new to handle. 

Having said that, I know that I'm not perfect and can't be. I can't be a watchdog for my babies every single minute and this makes me worried because my kids are at a stage where they play with everything but toys.
