    #1. Mixed Fruit Jam Recipe -

    What Are The Ingredients?

    • Apple -1
    • Banana -1
    • Guava -1
    • Pineapple slices-2/3
    • Strawberries- 10/12
    • Freshly made Orange juice ( from one med sized orange)-1/4th cup
    • Papaya-1/4th cup
    • Prunes/Dried Apricots-3
    • Lemon juice- 1 Tsp
    • Organic Grated jaggery-3/4th cup

    How to Prepare Mixed Fruit Jam?  

    • In a small bowl mix together orange and lemon juice. You can also blend it a little.
    • Wash all the fruits, peel them and chop them well
    • In a blender, blend all the fruits along with the orange-lemon juice mixture
    • Now transfer the fruit mixture to a pan and then gradually add jaggery. Mix well
    • Max sure that the jaggery is mixed well and the entire mixture has reached jam consistency
    • Keep the flame low, since there are chances that the mixture would stick to the pan. Stir occasionally but do not leave it unattended
    • Once done, it is cool and then add to a sterilized container

    #2. Apple Jam Recipe

    What Are The Ingredients?

    • Apples- 2
    • Cinnamon- 1/4th tsp
    • Water- 2tbsp
    • Organic jaggery-4tbsp
    • Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
    • Grated dried apricot - 2

    How to Prepare Apple Jam?

    • Wash the apples well and peel them. Chop it pieces and place it aside
    • Now finely grate the apple pieces and add it to a vessel, add jaggery and cook with little water
    • Check the consistency and once it has started looking like jam, add in lemon juice, cinnamon powder and grated apricot
    • Cook for 2-3 more minutes and then switch of the flame
    • Your delicious apple jam is ready

    #3. Strawberry Jam Recipe -

    What Are The Ingredients?

    • Strawberries- 20-25
    • Lemon juice- 1 Tsp
    • Jaggery-2 Tsp

    How to Prepare Strawberry Jam? 

    • Wash the strawberries well and set them aside. Cut the strawberries and place them aside
    • Now puree the strawberries in a blender. You can keep some pieces intact if your child likes it
    • Add the strawberry puree to a pan and jaggery. Cook well and keep stirring to avoid the puree sticking to the pan
    • Quickly add in lemon juice and stir well
    • Once you see that the puree has reached jam consistency switch off the flame and let it cool before you transfer it to a bottle or container

    #4. Mango Jam Recipe

    What Are The Ingredients?

    • Mango puree- 2 cups
    • Brown sugar- ½ cup (do check the sweetness of the mangoes)
    • Lemon juice- 2 Tsp
    • Cardamom powder-1/4th tsp

    How to Prepare Mango Jam?

    • You need to prepare mango puree with 2-3 medium mangoes
    • Now add this puree to a pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes
    • Then add brown sugar and stir well till the sugar has dissolved completely
    • Now add lemon juice and cardamom powder. Mix well
    • Once it reaches jam consistency switch of the flame and let it cool
    • Your yummy mango jam is ready

    #5. Pineapple Jam Recipe-

    What Are The Ingredients?

    • Pineapple chunks- 4 Cups
    • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
    • Brown Sugar - 2 cups, adjust according to the sweetness of the pineapple
    • Saffron Strands - 4-5, mix with 2 tbsps of warm water

    How to Prepare Method?

    • Puree the pineapple chunks in a blender well
    • Now add this puree to a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes
    • Now add brown sugar and cook well till the sugar has dissolved properly
    • Now add the saffron water and you will see a change in the color
    • Once you see that the puree has reached jam consistency then add lemon juice and switch off the flame and mix well once again
    • Let it cool down and then add it to a bottle or air-tight container

    #6. Orange Jam Recipe -

    What Are The Ingredients?

    • Orange- 2 kgs
    • Lemon juice- 2 Tbsps
    • Brown sugar- ½ kg, adjust it according to your taste
    • Rock salt- 1 Tsp

    How to Prepare Method?

    • You will have to juice all the oranges in order to make orange jam
    • Once you have extracted the juice in a large pan add the juice and bring to a boil
    • After giving it a boil, simmer it for about 15-20minutes till the juice isn’t reduced to almost half
    • Once it has reduced to half then add brown sugar and after 5 minutes add rock salt. Mix well
    • You will see that the juice has already turned thick, but you still need to cook it further on low flame
    • Once it is thick enough, then add lemon juice and switch off the flame
    • Let it cool down completely before you add it to a glass container or bottle
    • Your child will love it!
