Prajakta Koli’s Parents Once Broke Her Piggy Bank, Leaving Her In Tears: Read To Know Why

Mismatched' fame Prajakta Koli, aka ‘Dimple’ is all set to get married to her longtime beau Vrishank Khanal on 25th February 2025. The RJ-turned-actress, who has captivated millions of hearts with her phenomenal acting skills recently shared a difficult childhood memory that made her emotional. Read to know.

In an interview with the YouTube channel Yuvaa, Prajakta opened up about a heartbreaking incident from her childhood. She recalled that one day, when she came back from school, her parents Manoj and Archana Koli made her sit down with them and explained that they had been going through a very difficult time financially and as such they would need to break her piggy bank to make ends meet. 

Prajakta’s father had invested a huge sum of money in a multi-level company, which unfortunately went bankrupt. He lost around ₹11 lakh, during the financial crisis.  They tried reaching out to their friends and family but no one came in their support. 

Prakjakta recalled how her parents promised her that they would get her a new piggy bank as soon as they could. Back then Prajakta was a child and didn’t find it as sad as she does recollecting the memories now. 

Despite being a little child, Prajakta was able to help her parents as her piggy bank not only helped to cover the monthly expenses but also played a significant role in helping them manage their family’s finances. 

Prajakta is best known for her role in Mismatched opposite Rohit Saraf. She now has a whooping net worth of several million dollars.
