I have always relied heavily on natural therapy and Ayurveda for the well-being of my family.
To boost our immunity and be prepared to fight against any infections, I have been regularly including Turmeric in our diets.
Haldi, or Turmeric, is an Indian spice with so many health benefits. It strengthens the immune system, has anti-inflammatory properties, and some studies show that it also prevents cancer.
But do you know what makes haldi so powerful? It contains a compound called Curcumin. Curcumin is the star ingredient in Haldi that has the power to heal and strengthen immunity.
For just these reasons, I regularly add Haldi while cooking, and drinking Turmeric Milk at night before bedtime has become a daily ritual for us as a family.
