For Atul Subhash's Parents, Their Grandson Is Their Only Ray Of Hope

On 9th December, 2024, a 34-year-old helpless father, Atul Subhash ended his life, leaving behind a 24 page long suicide letter and a video. Atul wasn’t allowed to see his son for years. In his suicide letter, Atul has left a heartfelt message for him where he has explained how his son was being used as a tool to harass and blackmail him. While investigations are still going on, Atul’s family has expressed concerns for the safety of his 4-year-old child.
In an interview with ANI News Agency, Atul’s father, Pawan Kumar Modi said  "We don’t know where she (Atul’s wife Nikita) has kept our grandson. Has he been killed or is he alive? We don’t know anything about him," 
He also urged the government to ensure that he gets to meet his grandson. “For a grandfather, his grandson means more than his son," he said.
Atul’s brother has also voiced his fears saying “the biggest concern for us is where my brother’s son is right now and in what condition." He further added, “Our family lost Atul; we want custody of his son. My parents want to see Atul in the boy. He is the junior Atul for them."
The child’s whereabouts remain unknown and we wish that whatever decision is made, it is in the best interest of the child. Let us know what you think.
