Fixed Routine For Vamika & Akaay

"My kids, they have a lot of changes in their life. We travel a lot, so by maintaining a proper routine for them, I believe that I am giving them a sense of control. No matter where we are, we follow a set time for meals and have a fixed sleeping routine. I think it really helps them regulate themselves better." shared Anushka, emphasizing the importance of having a set routine for kids.

Anushka & Virat Cook For Kids

During the event, Anushka Sharma also revealed that she and Virat cook food for Vamika and Akaay, all by themselves. "We had this discussion at home that if we don't make the food our moms made at home, then we won't be passing on these recipes to our kids. So, sometimes I cook, and sometimes my husband cooks, and we really try to do it the way our mothers did. I cheat a little by calling my mom to ask for recipes, but it's so important. It's like you're passing on something valuable to your children," she told the media.
