Ranbir Kapoor Reveals How Fatherhood Changed Him
Ranbir Kapoor was joined by his mother Neetu Singh and sister Ridhima Kapoor on The Great Indian Kapil Show hosted by popular comedian Kapil Sharma. The Kapoor family shared many examples of how the arrival of Ranbir’s daughter changed him for good.

“Ranbir has changed a lot after becoming a father. He has become so caring” said Neetu Singh when asked about how baby Raha’s arrival has transformed Ranbir. His sister Riddhima Kapoor added to it saying, “He is such a lovely, amazing father.”
While he openly shares his feelings about Raha, Ranbir has also always been frank about his relationship with his late father, Rishi Kapoor. On being compared to his father with respect to their parenting styles, Neetu Kapoor had this to say, “His expressions are reserved for cinema. In real life, he doesn't react that much to things. For the first time, when Raha enters, you should see his face. It's full of expression. He gets very excited. He is the best father. Alia (Bhatt) is a good mother. She is outstanding but he is a hands-on father. I have seen many fathers but I have seen none like him. He is the opposite of his father. My husband was never very good with children.”
Ranbir was also asked about what it is like being the father of a girl child. To this, Ranbir said, “I don't feel like doing anything. I don't want to shoot, I don't want to go anywhere. I want to sit at home and just look at her. I haven't felt like this ever in my life. Now I understand how mom used to feel about me and Riddhima.”
Seeing yet another doting father warms our hearts and makes us wish for all dads to share the same love and affection towards their children.
