Applying a suitable moisturizer can prevent their skin from drying and thus results in skin soft. Do not forget to massage them regularly, this enhances their blood circulation. Since they are more prone to getting sick as immune system is still in a development stage, be mindful of exposing them to cold water or temperature to protect them from sickness.
