Be comfortable and stress-free
Research suggests that stress can reduce the production of oxytocin, a hormone responsible for milk production. Be happy and think positive, and be relaxed.

Breastfeed more
There is a demand supply relationship when it comes breastfeeding. This means the more you breastfeed, the more milk your breasts will continue producing. Likewise, if you don't feed, your body will get a signal that milk is not needed, and hence your body will not produce enough milk.

Nutrition
Eat a healthy diet. Eat enough cereals, milk and milk products, dry fruits, and green leafy vegetables. You should also include foods that enhance milk production like oats, pulses, fenugreek, fennel etc, and other galactogogue-rich foods.
