Before you feed squash to your baby make sure your baby is not allergic to butternut squash. If after having squash your baby suffers from stomach cramps, diarrhoea, vomiting etc. then avoid feeding butternut squash to your baby.
The recommended age for starting solid food is 6 months old. Squash is a wonderful addition to your baby’s first food. These recipes are appropriate for babies over 6 months.
