#1 Instant Ragi Banana Dosa Recipe
Here is the Ragi Banana Dosa recipe with ingredient, quantity & preparation method.
Ragi Banana Dosa Ingredient | Quantity |
Sprouted Ragi Powder | 1/2 Cup |
Banana (Mashed) | 1 Piece |
Coconut | 1 tbsp grated |
Kesar Almond Powder(optional) | 2 tbsp |
Salt | A Pinch |
Organic Jaggery Powder | 1 tbsp |
How to Prepare Ragi Banana Dosa
- Mix jaggery powder with 1 or 2 tbsp milk/water, keep aside for it to gradually melt
- Mash the banana and mix it with jaggery water
- Now mix all the above ingredients mentioned above: Ragi powder, a pinch of salt, coconut, kesar almond powder
- Mix it well to get the desirable thickness and consistency
- Pour this batter onto a heated tava to make thick pancakes and roast both sides

How to Prepare Oats Banana Pancake: Preparation Method
- Mash the banana and keep aside
- Now mix oats powder and milk; ensure no lumps are formed
- In the above mixture, mix in the mashed banana
- Pour the batter onto a heated tava to make thick pancakes and roast both the sides
#3 Banana Sooji Halwa/Sheera

Ghee | 1 tbsp |
Suji | 2 tbsp |
Milk/Water | 1 Cup |
Mashed Banana | 1-2 Pieces |

How to Prepare Banana Sooji/Halwa
- Heat a pan, add ghee, followed by rava/sooji
- Roast sooji well in the ghee until you smell a nice aroma. Add water slowly, and mix
- Add elachi powder and kesar, both optional, once you see the mixture thickening
- Now add the mashed banana and give a quick stir.
- Serve lukewarm. You can also add dry fruits powder orghee-roasted chopped dry fruits on top.

Whole Wheat Flour | 1 1/2 Cup |
Softened Butter | 1/4 Cup |
Powdered Brown Sugar | 1/2 Cup (can reduce if banana is too sweet) |
Milk | 1/8 Cup |
Mashed Banana | 1/4 Cup |
Baking Powder | 3/4 or 1 tbsp |
Vanilla essence | 1/2 tbsp |
Dry roasted White Sesame seeds | 1/8 Cup |

How to Prepare Banana Sooji/Halwa
- Dry roast the white sesame seeds – 1/8 cup on a non-stick pan. Also keep the mashed banana ready
- Cream the Butter and Sugar until fluffy and ready to mix with the other ingredients. Add mashed banana and vanilla essence to the above fluffy mixture
- Add all the dry ingredients, Flour, Baking powder, to the sieve and transfer it finely to the mixture in the mixing bowl
- Now add the dry roasted white sesame seeds to the glass bowl containing the dough base for mixing
- Mix it well, but don’t overly knead to avoid crumbly cookies
- Add milk little by little as required when mixing to make the cookie dough ready to bake in the oven.
- Now make small balls out of the batter and place on a greased butter paper tray
- Gently flatten the dough ball with a fork
- Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or until the cookie base is slightly brown
#5 Raw Banana Chips

Raw Banana Medium Size | 1 Piece |

Oil for stir frying | 2 tbsp |
How to Prepare raw banana chips
- Lengthwise cut out the skin of the banana from all sides using a sharp knife
- Now slice the banana into thin rounds
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the slices
- Cover and cook for 2 mins
- Remove cover and stir fry for about 2 mins more, till the slices are cooked crisp.
- Remove from the fire, spread on a plate and sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt
- You can store them for 2 days in a container, in a cool place
