FAQ

What is ovulation ?

Ovulation occurs when one of your ovaries releases a mature egg for fertilization during your menstrual cycle. If a sperm fertilizes the released egg, then this fertilized egg moves to the uterus and implants itself there. This results in conception. If unfertilized, the egg breaks down and the uterine lining (lining of the womb) is shed along with the egg, starting your period.
