How Does Hypnotherapy Help To Have Painless Deliveries?
The theory behind the hypnotherapy promoting painless labor is that the hypnosis helps to calm the mind of an expecting mom and doesn’t let her get into the ‘fight or flight' reaction. What Is Fight Or Flight Response? The fight or flight response is referred to our body's primeval, automatic, and natural response that prepares the body to "fight" or "run away" from an apparent attack that brings about peril to our endurance. Once the fight or flight response is activated, a series of nerve cell firing occurs and a flood of changes happens to your hormones, chemicals like adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol are released into our bloodstream, and body to prepare you to immediately run away or fight the situation.

Q.
Hi, As if my cycle starts on 14 march nd ends on 17 march and relation happend on 22nd march, how many weeks m pregnent? even since 27 feb to 21march no relation. please tell that how many week m pregnent till 23rd May. 2. Also pls tell me that if heartbeat of baby has not comes than can baby grow or not?
A.
Hi Khushboo, By convention, the duration of a pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last menstrual periods , whenever the relationship may have happened. Duration of pregnancy thus calculated is then correlated with the ultrasound report. As per this, you have 9 weeks and 5 days pregnancy. Heartbeat of the baby generally appears at 6 to 7 weeks of pregnancy. Consult your doctor for this. If it doesn't appear even much later, then the pregnancy doesnot continue. You need to discuss this in detail with your doctor before jumping to any conclusion.

Hi after my pregnancy I gained too much weight, plz guide me with some tips to get back to firm body shape. Weight loss tips needed
Advice
Hi Rashmi, weight gain after a delivery is very obvious due to n number of reasons. But there are few things to follow in your daily routine to burn some calories and get back to the shape. 1. Breastfeeding burns 600 to 800 calories a day, even if all you do is sit comfortably and feed your baby, you could still be losing weight. 2. Break your meals into 5-6 small meals. 3. DO NOT skip meals. 4. Eat green vegetables n fruits to satisfy your hunger. 5. Move to non fat milk n milk products. 6. Drink more water. 7. Ditch all junk food. If it's been months of doing all the right things, working out regularly and eating correctly and you still can't shed any weight or are actually gaining more, talk to your doctor.

0 to 12 Months Baby Weight Gain Diet Plan, Diet Chart
An infant gains enough weight on just breastfeeding, till the age of 6 months. So, if the infant has doubled her birth weight at 5 months, it means she is gaining sufficient weight. But in case, this does not happen, consult the paediatrician for advise as, before 4-6 months, the infant is not given any top foods. Once the infant starts on some solids, then certain foods can be included in his diet to specifically push up his weight. These are generally the energy dense protein-rich foods... Focus on Cereals, Increase Intake of Starchy fruits & Vegetables,Egg yolk & Mutton/Chicken Stew, Pulses, Milk Products

toilet training my son is 6 months old, when should I start toilet training? How?
Advice
Hi my baby is turning 6 months too. My mother tried to train her from when she was 3 and a half months but I couldn't continue doing that. Still she passes stools every morning and now it has become a routine every morning to take her to the toilet and she will pass stools in the toilet itself. toilet training can start with taking the child to the loo once the child wakes up after a nap. this is when they tend to urinate usually. with that time in mind once in an hour or so it's advised to take the child. it's not very practical but can be done. I've heard that this was how my mother trained me and my brother too.

Hi Hello friend my son is 3nd half yr old He is vry naughty Tell me wat to do to control his naughtyness
Advice
My Son is 4. 4 now and still naughty... That's fine to be naughty and only way to handle is with loads of love and right support... Keep talking to him and counseling him instead of punishing or scolding. Slowly he will start understanding and responding in same manner. Toddlers are difficult at times. Just keep calm and enjoy this phase.

8 Summer Fruits to Give Children, Don't Forget While Offering Fruits in Summer
Mangoes are packed with Vitamin A and C, and have cancer preventing beta carotene. The deeper the color of the flesh, the higher is the carotenoid levels. Here is the recipe: Takes 10 minutes to prepare. Good for 3 little tummies. Yogurt: 2 cups Peeled and chopped ripe mango - 2 cups Sugar - to taste Blend mango pieces and sugar in a blender. Add the yogurt and blend again until smooth. You may also add rose water at this stage. Serve chilled. Parentune Tip: For children, who do not like drinking milk or milk products, try making mango lassi for them. They will enjoy the delicious drink on a hot day and will also benefit from the dairy in the yogurt that goes into the lassi. #3. Watermelon: Rich in vitamin A and C, and antioxidants, watermelons make for a delicious summer snack. They also contain lycopene that protects the skin against sun damage. Parentune Tip: Try watermelon sorbet recipe. I made this for my children on a hot day last summer and it was such a hit that I had to make it for her friends too when they came visiting us. Watermelon: Cut into small chunks and freeze. Water: about a ½ cup for half a watermelon Add the frozen chunks of watermelon into the blender. Add the water little by little and blend until smooth and sorbet texture (it should be an icy mix like slush). Scoop and serve. Do not add sugar as watermelons are naturally sweet.

Q.
as my daughter she is very talkative and she never pays attention on her studies and other activity also All The Time official go to activity also there also she talks too much and she never pays attention so please have me out whether she is a ADHD child.....
A.
Hi Muskan Rawlani, I can understand how difficult it is to handle hyperactive child. But before making a diagnosis yourself please read this: ADHD is a behavioral disorder. Basically, children who have it are unable to concentrate, excessively active, or both. Some kids with attention deficit disorder repeatedly fail to finish tasks, get distracted easily, and seem not to listen. Others fidget and squirm constantly and can't wait their turn. Still others have both kinds of problems. Don't be alarmed if those behaviors seem familiar: Your child may get overexcited or lost in his own thoughts from time to time -- those are normal passing moods for any youngster. A child with ADHD will be inattentive with greater frequency (though, unless he has a severe case, you wouldn't be able to pick him out from a group of kids watching TV). His disability will hamper him in school, at home, or in social settings. So if you think it is same with your child consult a doctor and then reach to any conclusion. my eldest daughter is in std4th she is asking for a mobile n explains that other friends also have n when I refuse she acts arrogantn annoyed behaviour
Advice
So far mobile is concerned the child regards it as the most lucrative entertainment more than tv s. It is just a phase like any other toys he or she is demanding for. Better you give him yours and watch what he is upto. He will hardly hang out for a week or so then it will be over. Dear .make him engage in his daily routine so much so that he can hardly get the time to scroll down.

Healthy Homemade Summer Drinks for Children
Ingredients tender coconut - 1 Rooh Afza or any other rose sharbat - 1 tbsp Powdered sugar - as per taste Crushed ice - as per taste Preparation Method Pour the water from the coconut into a glass and strain to clear it. Add a tbsp of Rooh Afza to it and mix in the powdered sugar. Chill in the fridge. At the time of serving, add ice cubes and serve with the coconut malai on the side. Benefits of Coconut Cooler: Tender coconut water is the only source of food that has natural electrolytes in it to balance the loss of salt from the body due to excessive sweating in the heat. But it takes a cultivated taste to fully appreciate it. Therefore the flavor of rose will make it more appetizing for the children.

Q.
he gets angry when ever to try advise him.... he gets angry with his friends who guide him to good......
A.
Hi Shamsiya, He is in his pre teen phase. It is a period of stress for him. There will be many changes - physically Emotionally and intellectually. His attitude , values and behaviour will undergo changes. Often he himself would be confused. He would be too proud to ask for help. He may not relIse he needs help. It is very common and it is a temporary but a long phase. Be a good listener. Don’t judge him or his friends. Don’t compare him. Help him to seek alternatives. Build your communication. Be neutral while listening to him. Cultivate a ritual where you spend an outing with him once a week. Allow him to express. He is at a stage of confusion too. He would want to make choices. So you will have to be patient and calm while dealing with him. Anger is the easiest form of expression. Also teens are always seen as angry kids. If we try to understand why they are angry it would help. Boys do not like face to face confrontation. Instead go out for an ice cream. Walk beside him or sit beside him. It is easier to converse. Don’t brush off his feelings and moods. Please understand from his point of view. Kindly read https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/facing-the-challenges-of-parenting-an-adolescent/392

I need more time than usual to explain her about this in future. Pls advise RegdS swathy rao
Advice
As far as I have observed in my daughter, growth of pubic and under arm hair is the first sign of onset of puberty and within 6-8 months of that growth, mensuration begins. My daughter began at 10. 5 years.
