Women’s Day 2025: The Village Of Women That Make Motherhood More Rewarding

You must have heard the saying ‘It takes a village to raise a child,’ and it couldn’t be more true. No matter how hard we try to manage things on our own, there comes a point in every mother’s journey when they need their village to help and support them. Whether it’s those late-night calls when your baby just won’t stop crying, or those moments when you need some advice on their meals or even when you need someone to cradle your baby and sing lullaby for them so you can steal that much needed nap, it’s your village that you can always count on, and surprisingly this village is made up of the incredible women around you who have walked this path before you did, be it your mom, your mother in law, you sister, cousin, friend, neighbour or colleague.
This Women’s Day, Parentune wants to celebrate this beautiful village – the support system of women – who make the journey easier for other moms, with this year’s theme, "It Takes a Village,"
We invited some amazing moms and asked them to share a message for that one woman who always had their back, no matter what. Here are their responses
Parul H Kakad (mumbaimummy)
As a mom, I now truly understand the depth of my own mother’s love, strength, and sacrifices. She has been my guiding light, my unwavering support, and the warm embrace that made motherhood feel a little less overwhelming. Every time I doubt myself, she reminds me that I was raised by a strong woman—and that strength runs in me too. Grateful beyond words for the way she continues to hold my hand on this journey. ❤️

Happy Women's Day, Mom!

Love you endlessly!

My mom made me who I am today. She taught me life lessons not just by saying but by being a perfect example for me in so many ways. Mom has been my inspiration and strength always. She’s my greatest cheerleader. When I became a mom she became my child's mom. I love you beyond words and after becoming a mom I adore you more each day for love you shower on us. I love you mom for always being the biggest support. We all love you my prettiest mommy.

Maa hai to sab hai… and I truly understood this when I became a mother myself.
This Mother’s Day, I want to thank my mom for always being my biggest support and cheering me up during my lows. Your love and strength have shaped me into the person and mother I am today. Grateful for you, always!

My biggest cheerleader and support throughout my parenting journey is my Mother. I have always followed everything she said and that has always given me the perfect results too. Any problem regarding my son I first seek her advice rather than Google. Because I believe that our mother's experience is much more valued than what we see in google. She is and always my biggest support system.

My sister is not only an amazing mother but also a superwoman. Her advice and suggestions have always inspired me, and her decisions are not just practical—they truly touch your heart.

Thank you for being there for me in those initial days of me being a new mom. :)
Rituka (bagrisaksham)
One person who has been constant throughout my motherhood journey is my Mom.
Growing up I always aspired to be like my mother ,brave and courageous , smart , intelligent , loving, caring, nurturing, compassionate, protective. She was and even today is my greatest role model in my parenting journey .
Looking back I remember , I often had doubts during my pregnancy because I was a lean and thin girl but my mother used to motivate me and cheer me up on how strong I actually am . I had a normal delivery and a normal pregnancy by God's grace. I love you mumma ❤️

To my amazing Mom and incredible Sister,
I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for everything you both do for me and my boys. Your unwavering support, guidance, and love mean the world to me, especially during the chaotic yet beautiful journey of parenting.
Mom, your selflessness, patience, and wisdom inspire me every day to be a better parent. Your presence in our lives is a blessing, and I’m so grateful for the countless times you’ve helped me with the boys.Sis, you’re not only an amazing sister but also an incredible aunt! Your energy, enthusiasm, and love for the boys bring so much joy to our lives. I appreciate how you’re always there to lend a helping hand, offer valuable advice, or simply be a listening ear.
Thank you both for being my rocks, my confidantes, and my partners in this parenting journey. I don’t say it enough, but I’m forever grateful for your love, support, and encouragement.
Love you both more than words can express!

Being a woman is not a walk in the park; I learned it from an early age. Now, pregnant with a baby, this has been the toughest moment of my entire life.
From being a thirteen-year-old stubborn young lady to being a mother-to-be in her twenties, there has been a special person who became my silhouette—my dearest mother, who is my armor, the light of my life, besides my husband.
A woman of great strength who handles everything with a snap of her fingers, as if it were a piece of cake. She would stand with me, holding my hands and guiding me. Her love still cradles me in ease when I am on the verge of giving up.

Mom, I just want to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being my rock through this beautiful but challenging journey of motherhood.
Your unwavering support, wisdom, and love have made all the difference. I am so grateful for the way you’ve been there for me, offering a shoulder to lean on, comforting words, and the kind of care that only a mother can give.

Happy Women’s Day, Mom! ❤️No words can truly express how much you mean to me. Your love, strength, and endless sacrifices have shaped me into who I am today. From the moment I became a mother, you were right there, guiding me through every step—comforting me during pregnancy, holding my hand through sleepless nights, and teaching me how to care for my little ones with love and patience. I wouldn’t have made it through those early days without you. Thank you for being my rock, my teacher, and my biggest support. Love you endlessly! ❤️
